Flower Cutting & Drying

Learning how to properly cut and dry flowers is a form of sensory stimulation. This practice can strengthen hand-eye coordination while being a form of attention restoration when under stress and distraction. Cutting and drying flowers can promote creativity, increase individual self-esteem and sense of worth. This can also be an opportunity for a client to discover a new hobby or coping skill outside of treatment.
